Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome during our working hours (8:30 AM – 8 PM, all days). For 3D/4D scans and specific time slots, we recommend calling ahead at +91 93633 64353 so we can keep your slot ready.

What should I bring for my scan?

Please bring your doctor's prescription or referral letter, any previous scan reports, a valid ID, and your insurance card if applicable.

Is fasting required for an ultrasound?

Accepted Answer

Abdominal ultrasounds usually need 6 hours of fasting. Pelvic scans need a full bladder. Pregnancy and thyroid scans require no preparation. We'll guide you when you book.

When is the best time for a 3D / 4D scan?

Accepted Answer

The best window is typically between 26 and 30 weeks of pregnancy — the baby has enough fat for facial features to be clearly visible and there's still room to move.

How soon will I get my report?

Most ultrasound, X-ray and ECG reports are issued the same day. Detailed obstetric or specialised studies may take a little longer; we'll let you know at the time of the scan.

Are ultrasound scans safe during pregnancy?

Yes. Diagnostic ultrasound has been used safely in pregnancy for decades. We only perform scans as required for medical reasons and use minimum scan times.

Do you accept insurance or cashless payments?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards. For insurance / TPA queries, please call us and we'll guide you on the best way to claim reimbursement.

Are female sonographers available?

Yes. Female sonographers are available for women's scans. Please mention your preference when booking.
